Laura went to the property we were interested in purchasing to look at it inside and out, since we were not yet in Hot Springs Village. It was an awful snow and ice storm but she managed to get to the property for us to do an online view . We loved it and bought it over the phone!! Thank you Laura so very much!

Laura was easy to reach, and she returned calls quickly when we left messages. She answered questions with expert knowledge which exhibited great professionalism.

Laura was very knowledgeable with Hot Springs Village (HSV), she gave us a tour of the village and pointed out points of interest and things to do in the village whether you were are a guest or a resident. We toured a few homes and also talked about building. We were so impressed with Laura and the village we decided to move ahead and build a new home in HSV.

My experience was very good. Laura is well informed with all areas of HSV. We spent several days and hours looking at properties, and when I had to return to my home in Co. she went with my son to see properties I saw on the Internet. Finally, I found the one I purchased,and it has everything I was looking for .

Working with Laura was a wonderful experience. In meeting Laura we talked for 5 minutes and knew she was honest, straight forward and the agent for us. She conducted herself honestly and professionally at all times and worked hard researching information for us. We did not feel like she just trying to "sell a house". We felt that she had OUR best interest in mind. Laura is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and answered our questions. If she did not know the answer, she investigated and had the answer by the end of the day. Communication was key. We wanted to see a house several times before the purchase, and Laura was more than happy to show it the same day without hesitation - she even worked for us on a Sunday! When we found "the house", Laura then showed us "comparable" houses to be sure we found our perfect HOME --- it was awesome! During closing Laura was there with us explaining the purchase process, helping with all the paperwork - she made the process easy! We would definitely have Laura Floyd as our real estate agent again, and recommend her for your real estate needs. You wont regret it!

Laura helped us find a townhouse in Hot Springs Village and is our agent if we purchase another property there. She had the patience and professionalism to show us multiple properties, both in person and remotely. When there was a cold snap we asked Laura to check on the townhouse when we couldn’t. She did so without issue. She has always been available for us, even now being undecided about another purchase. She is very friendly and accommodating. We have driven many miles around the Village with her looking at properties and are very appreciative of her. We highly recommend her!
