Our first meeting with Laura Flannelly was when my husband and I took a pleasure trip to Florida and saw a advertisment for a open house in a 55+active Community, so we decided to check it out.The house advertised was not what we would have pruchased. We loved the community and decided it would be a wonderful place to live in the winter months. Because of other commitments pending we needed to return to North Carolina after only a brief stay in Florida. We trusted Laura's expertise and felt confident that she would sucessfully find us a home that would meet our requirements.After a short period of time we saw two homes for Laura to look at.Since she knew what we were looking for we were more than delighted when we came to Florida for the closing.
