Laura helped sell my father's house. It needed a lot of work to get it ready to bring to market. Laura selected people to help get it ready, and oversaw their work. In addition she helped stage the house. My brothers and I were all very pleased with her help that also included helping to set the price, and negotiating the sale. I would highly recommend her.

I'm very picky and Laura never got angry at me. She kept calm and showed me homes every day for over a month until we found the perfect one. You don't think she would be a good negotiator but she knows how to get the best deal possible no matter what house your purchasing. She's fast with paper work and returning phone calls/texts. Basically I'm saying Laura is for real. She's been a good friend too.
