Laura Dugan was very professional, and the communication was always there for me. This is the second time I had her as my realter and I would call her again if I had to. If anyone I know is buying or selling their house I would give them her name for sure. In my opinion she is the best.

I came to Laura Dugan via a marketing postcard last March while I was out of town. I then bought a new house, using Laura, and we put my former house up for sale after cleaning it out for four months. It was a trying experience for months, with one failed sale/closing and then having to put the house on the market again. Through it all, Laura was encouraging, supportive and rolled up her sleeves to pitch in. I left town and Laura had the authority to do whatever was necessary. She went over and beyond what she had to do with snow, bad weather. showings, overseeing my property and ensuring the inside was in good shape while empty. We finally sold the house on 1/28 and Laura handled it all. We signed the paperwork and turned it over to her. She even arranged for the driveway to be shoveled after the settlement. Laura was reliable, professional and personable. I could not have asked for a better realtor during such a tough experience over these nine months.
