Laura Dobbins

I found Laura through the Zillow site. Not sure what she would be like I was concerned since we were moving in from out of state and not knowing any one in the area to ask for recommendations on an agent. My concerns were quick put to rest. Laura and I communicate on line several months before we arrived in Evans. When we meet her in person she was very professional but just delightful to work with. Her knowledge of the area was very helpful to us. Laura helped us find the fixer upper we were looking for. That was 2016. Today we sold that fixer upper for a profit of $65,000. Laura helped us in pricing the house right and it sold quickly. She will have all our business in the future.

If you are in search of a home you need to look no further. Laura is second to none in customer service, she went above and beyond to help answer any questions. For a first time home buyer i couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with other than Laura. We had to work with a For Sale by Owner which was a headache, but Laura kept us positive and even extended her hand to help provide a contractor in order to complete work on time for closing. Her background in Finance helped answer questions when our Mortgage company was unresponsive. This review really doesn't explain enough how helpful, experienced, and genuine Laura is. Do yourself a favor make the right choice by giving Laura Dobbins the keys and let her find your dream home!

Laura was excellent in assisting us on buying our first house. She answered any and all questions we had and we gave her a list of houses that we wanted to see and she showed us every single one in a couple of days time. She worked with us after we got off of work at 5:30 and was very flexible with our time schedules. She goes out of her way to make sure her clients are happy and is extremely thorough in explaining everything in the home buying process. I would HIGHLY recommend Laura if you are buying or selling your home. She is amazing!
