Laura brought her client to me after I listed my home for sale by owner. She communicated effectively after the offer was made and accepted. Documents were timely and in order. For the most part, we managed to stay on track for the desired closing date, despite Covid and other unforeseen challenges. Laura was reachable by phone or email during non-business hours and was responsive with answers to questions or concerns. While the closing date was delayed by one week, Laura's extra effort to ensure a smooth closing did occur was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Laura to others without hesitation.
