I had a bad experience selling my property in the past, and due to that trauma; I had a difficult time in choosing an agent to represent us. I was looking for someone who would look out for my best interest (not the agent's best interest). I'm glad got in touch with Laura as she alleviated any concerns I had. Laura was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and was very helpful throughout the process in selling my house. She was available in every step of the way and went above and beyond with open house, advertisements and ensured a smooth process along the way. Laura negotiated honestly and appropriately during the offer. On my part, I had an anxious moment, the buyer was being difficult, but Laura was able to advise us and gave excellent suggestions/solutions.
