My husband and I have 3 young children so there was added stress from the beginning and a lot of uncertainty with the economy but the minute we decided to partner with Laura Dandoy and Kathleen Magnaye the stress was immediately alleviated. Kathleen took the time to not only listen to our wants and needs, she was patient with our house tours (never pressured us one way or the other) and even included our children in the process by soliciting their feedback (which was adorable). Our crazy work schedules were easily accommodated, they made themselves accessible and available 24/7 for any questions or concerns we had along the way, and they truly went up to bat for us during the negotiations and closing process.
