Above and Beyond is an Understatement

I'm most likely the worst customer she's ever had. Tenants wouldnt leave, my own personal health problems, etc.. But that didn't phase her or her team one bit. Over a year I think it took to finally be done with everything. Throughout the entire process I was treated with respect even at times I wasn't in my best form.
