To be honest, my wife and I were not even in the market to buy a new home. We decided to stop by a home for sale near my mother’s house and fell in love it. Laura was one of the agents working on selling the property. We had an amazing experience working with Laura. We felt that she was very knowledgeable, prepared and was great at listening to our needs. She helped us put together a competitive offer and help us navigate through all of the real estate pitfalls. She was great at anticipating what issues would come up next, or what we wouldn’t be needing in the future. I truly felt. She cared about us deeply and wanted our transaction to go as best possible. My family purchased our first-ever home with Laura. In addition to being experienced and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, Laura went above and beyond, was always responsive to our questions, and most importantly, patient and personable. Knowing that we are first-time homebuyers, she recommended her best home maintenance practices and offered a home decor brochure for future reference/renovations. The list goes on. My immediate and extended family is forever grateful for Laura. I would 100% recommend Laura Conte to anyone, and of course, will be recommending her to my family and all my friends.
