From the moment that I met our Realtor, Laura Conte, I felt totally blessed. She understood that my parent's home meant so much to me. Since this was a sale through a Trust, she guided our family step by step with what we needed to do. Anytime there were documents to review or sign, Laura would text me first, letting me know that she was emailing a document. This gave me such a sense security, since there is so much fraud nowadays. Laura was always available to answer any questions that I had regarding the sale no matter if it was after hours, or on the weekend. We did have an issue with the original buyer refusing to sign the final document due to their own personal family issue. Once the contract was broken, Laura made certain that our home was immediately put back on the MLS listing for sale, and held another weekend Open House. Laura handled the sale with the utmost professionalism. She was always friendly, and available if we needed any information. I would definitely recommend her services as a realtor to my family and close friends.

To be honest, my wife and I were not even in the market to buy a new home. We decided to stop by a home for sale near my mother’s house and fell in love it. Laura was one of the agents working on selling the property. We had an amazing experience working with Laura. We felt that she was very knowledgeable, prepared and was great at listening to our needs. She helped us put together a competitive offer and help us navigate through all of the real estate pitfalls. She was great at anticipating what issues would come up next, or what we wouldn’t be needing in the future. I truly felt. She cared about us deeply and wanted our transaction to go as best possible. My family purchased our first-ever home with Laura. In addition to being experienced and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market, Laura went above and beyond, was always responsive to our questions, and most importantly, patient and personable. Since my brother and I are recent college grads with little home-buying experience, Laura was clear and thorough in guiding us through every step of the process and took the time to explain anything to us. Since my family came home late from work, she met with us even when it was dark outside to go over the house conditions. She negotiated on our behalf, kept us updated, relentlessly fought for our benefits, and so much more. For instance, she was unsatisfied with how the plumber repaired our toilet leak, then fought for it to finally be fixed so that we could have the house at the best standards. Since my family speaks Vietnamese, she participated in our family's meeting with a Vietnamese-speaking electrician. Knowing that we are first-time homebuyers, she recommended her best home maintenance practices and offered a home decor brochure for future reference/renovations. The list goes on. My immediate and extended family is forever grateful for Laura. I would 100% recommend Laura Conte to anyone, and of course, will be recommending her to my family and all my friends.

We purchased our very first home with Laura and will be forever grateful to her for guiding us through the process.
