Wow! I was just able to purchase my first home thanks to Laura's encouragement, assistance and guidance. She helped me through the whole process and answered all of my questions (there were MANY, trust me). She was always prompt in responding, thorough in her explanations and accessible for appointments and showings. I appreciate Laura's patience with my home search across the state, as she was even willing to travel and meet me out of town to show me houses in other parts of Michigan. It took me a long time to find the right one, but we did it and I am so thankful for Laura's support through the whole process. I couldn't have done it without her!!

Laura was extremely helpful from determining what type of house I wanted to the actual closing and all steps in between. This was my fifth home purchase and was the absolute best experience. My search was in resort area for a home that would be a vacation home now and a retirement home in a few years. Laura was very responsive in returning phone calls, offering opinions when asked, handling negotiations, completing the purchase agreement and all amendments, responding to information requests from my lender and even things I did not consider such as property taxes on permanent residences vs. rentals/summer cottages. On top on all this she has warm and friendly demeanor and was easy to talk to. She is a buyer's agent and did not push her own agenda but instead focused on identifying my wants and helping to deliver them. Any buyer would be very fortunate having Laura assist them in any real estate purchase.
