Where to begin? Let me roll the clock back 4 years ago when we first met Laura. We were newbies to the Cape and we had no idea what we were doing. Laura showed us countless homes and we truly tested her patience. We looked at every conceivable type of home and Laura just kept smiling and teaching us about the Cape and all the wonderful aspects of living here. When we finally decided on a home. Laura walked us through each step and got people to assist us from a Bank to a Landscaper. She not only made the process easy, she made it fun and we knew we had a professional and well connected advocate in our corner. Now 4 years later when things changed for us and we needed to sell. Laura was the first and ONLY call we had to make and the entire process began again, this time in reverse. We got MORE than we expected for the house. It was sold within HOURS... Yes... HOURS!! She evaluated the offers, discussed the pros and cons of each and we had a solid offer in our hands the very first day. She then connected us with all the people that we needed to complete the sale. She even went as far as putting new numbers on the house HERSELF after the Fire Department said that the numbers had to be bigger. That is the service that you get from Laura. She knows the Cape, the people, and actually her clients as well. She was there every step of the way. Her communication is incredible, She calls, texts, emails however the client wants to communicate. There was not a single step in buying or selling our first Cape home that Laura was not on top of. I would say that she went "over the top" serving us, but I have a funny feeling that Laura treats all of her clients that way, She obviously loves her job and finding people their dream home is a passion for her. When the time is right and we buy our next Cape home, I know that Laura will be there for us. We look forward to having her drive us around again until we find our next dream home!
