Laura guided us through an incredibly challenging home purchase. We made our bid ahead of a trip half way around the world; Laura informed us that our bid was accepted while we were on the plane. Under a tight timeframe she had to negotiate with the sellers, coordinate with our mortgage broker, and also confirm each step with us while we were 12 hours away. Given that we were unable to look at the property ourselves, Laura handled a virtual walk-through of the property for us and took the time to ask the seller myriad questions. Our final walkthrough of the home was the first time we saw it in person. Her patience was unlimited and she had our best interests in mind throughout the whole process. She also was invaluable in quickly locating inspectors and other professionals for our consideration. She was a joy to work with, always upbeat and we recommend her wholeheartedly.
