Did not respond in a timely manner. Did a remote closing and had to contact her to see if we actually closed on the house. Gave incorrect information about updates in the house. When I asked questions, her standard answer was, "that is common here". When I asked her about items that were stated in the listing that were not accurate, she made excuses. Very poor customer service and lacked knowledge about the property she was selling.

Laura and I live in different states; Texas and Colorado respectively. She continually kept me in the loop regarding my rental property that was recently sold with Laura's help. I am so grateful for her continued professional involvement.
