Laura is hands down and excellent realtor, we had to have our villa to be listed and sold as soon as possible at the market value. Laura had open houses for 3 weekends in a row and even after receiving a contract she continued with open house. I have bought and sold numerous residential property. This has been an exceptional experience, Laura attended 90% of the showing when I inquired about the need for the same she state "I do not want other agent to show my listing's". Within 35 days we had contract for $5 K higher then our listed price. This was during the slow market with high interest rate. Thereafter, she handled all the issues to ensure closing within 45 days.
