Laura helped sell a rental property that was once my primary residence. The few years prior to selling the property it had been aging and not being cared for as if the owner resided there. Needless to say the home needed to be refreshed and minor repairs where in order. While going over a possible sale price, Laura advised on what repairs were needed and suggested what best to update or refresh. The goal, a smooth, quick and lucrative sale.
