Laura Borgersen

My partner and I used Laura Borgersen to sell our house, and were extremely satisfied. Mrs. Borgersen was very knowledgeable as she has lived in the area for many years and her price point for the house was spot on. We got the asking price! Mrs. Borgersen was invaluable in recommending tradesmen who performed the maintenance and refreshing of the property prior to selling. eg. Painting, gardening, and general cleanup. I would also like to point out that we live in France, and were amazed at how simple the process was. I didn't score Mrs. Borgersen the highest mark for responsiveness mainly due to the time difference from France and the Thanksgiving holidays. Which in retrospect should be expected. As far as Mrs. Borgersen's negotiating skills are concerned... We got our asking price, and I hasten to add that it was roughly 1 month prior to the start of the buying season. All in all Mrs. Borgersen, or Laura as she will insist, was very professional and extremely helpful. She was warm and friendly and very direct. We felt she was invaluable in the process as we were out of the country, My partner was hospitalized while we were in the U.S. and she really stepped in to oversee the maintenance. (not sure if that's part of her job description... But we were very grateful for her kindness!). Thanks again Laura!
