Laura Bender is the best of the best. Living in NYC I happen to see a condo for sale I really liked in Myrtle Beach but I didn't want to fly down and stay in a hotel . So I needed to find a agent who I could trust to give me a detailed video tour of the condo and honest feed back to make a decision. I spoke to Laura Tuesday evening at 7:00pm and next day in the morning at 11:00am had a video of the condo and surrounding environment. By 2:00pm of the same day I received the financials and made the decision to purchase at 4:00pm. Laura Bender was the best agent you could find, Laura went out of her way to make everything happen. After preparing the home for the showing and open houses. Laura would always be checking in to see if we needed help with anything. Once we received a offer / contract on the home Laura was very active helping us find the right people to help with small repairs. When getting ready to move. Laura was on top of everything helping with moving companies and storage companies. When moving Laura came over and helped us pack up items and even loaded her vehicle up, moved and stored some last minute items for us. Laura is a professional that cares and gives 110 percent.
