Laura did a fantastic job with a home I recently sold. She was knowledgeable about the homes in the area as well as price comparisons. She explained to us what she was doing each step of the way. She made suggestions on ways to help a show or home better as well as ideas to help us get top dollar. She did a great job at the open houses and even made cookies for potential buyers which was a great touch. After the sale of the house she continued to help by answering any questions we had. I think she did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend her. I was not from the area the house was in, so her knowledge about the area and helping me as somebody from out of town was very useful.
