Laura represented our real estate interests and made us feel confident during the sale of our house even though we were on the other side of the country, 2,000 miles away. We had left Redondo Beach following a job opportunity but had been successfully rented our property out. When our renter opted to move, we were worried about the logistics of preparing the property for sale. How would we be able to choose an agent we could trust with limited ability to interview? We asked three different realtors for a preparation and sales strategy. Laura listened to our concerns and priorities. She took a look at our house, came up with a proposal for some minor updates and repairs which would put the house in the best possible light, and recommended a pricing strategy she felt would give our home the best opportunity to find its true market value. Laura took charge coordinating all of the various repair workers and visiting the house nearly every day to ensure everything was ready for our go-on-the-market day. After the house was on the market, Laura deftly managed the multiple offers over asking, and ultimately guided us to close at nearly 10% over the original asking price with a smooth escrow. Ultimately, as sellers, our experience with Laura could not have been better. We wholeheartedly recommend her.

Buying a home for the first time can be intimidating but Laura went above and beyond in making us feel comfortable with the process. She was incredibly responsive and patient with all of our questions, called often to follow up and just to check in to see how we were doing. She truly made us feel like we were her only clients. My review is for Laura Aranda, whom I worked with to purchase a home. My wife and I were first time home buyers who were just viewing open houses on our own initially when we found the perfect house. At the time, we didn't have a loan approval or an agent when we found our perfect house. After a great conversation with Laura, my wife and I really wanted Laura to also represent us. A lot of people may not have taken us as seriously since we didn't have anything prepared, but Laura took us on and with her guidance we were able to get our house! Of course we also had to work our butts off, and really everyone we dealt with put in a tremendous effort to get us our dream house. Laura was always there to go above and beyond in making sure we understood what our options were and also what everything meant, in each step of the home buying process. From loan acquisition, to sending in the offer, the negotiation process, closing, escrow, etc and we just could not have done this without her.
