Laura went above and beyond what we thought a realtor could or should do! She was incredibly knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. Laura handled EVERYTHING with the sale of our home. Every time there was an issue, she took care of it quickly and efficiently. After we accepted an offer on our home, there was an issue with property lines in our neighborhood during the appraisal. The agent of our buyer was ready to scrap the deal because she didn’t see how we could possibly fix the issue. Not only did Laura know the answer immediately, she also knew every law/rule we had to follow, and our back up plan if something fell through. She was so easy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. Especially after dealing with our buyer’s agent, it was very obvious Laura in another league. There were NUMEROUS times Laura saved the day. Thank God we had Laura’s knowledge and expertise or we never would have sold our home!
