Laura Alves was my Property Manager when I was renting a property while I was in the process of buying a house. I decided to hire Laura as my Realtor/Brooker and I have to say that my experience was excellent. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market surrounding the area where I was interested to buy, she has great negotiating skills, she's fully bilingual (English/Spanish), she has a vast experience with International clients, and is an easy going person that works hard for you to make sure you make the right decision and your happy with your new house.

100% recommended. Laura took care of the sale of our property and did it really excellent and in record time. Since day one she did all the calculations and costs for us; on the day of signing everything turned out as it was supposed to. She was very efficient and super competent, she is also one of the few people or perhaps the only one we have come across who puts her interests next to ours and not above, she always did everything inclined in our favor and not hers or others . Super recommended.
