As buyers, we didn't realize how important and amazing a buyer's agent can be until we met Laura Allen. We hadn't been planning on working with any particular agent, until her quick, friendly and helpful response to one of our internet inquiries stood out to us and persuaded us to continue working with her. How glad we are that we did! She was always quick to respond to both phone calls and emails, good at pinpointing properties that would appeal to us, and so easy to work with. Her friendliness and charm made house hunting a delight and once we had settled on a house, her expertise helped make the buying process go smoothly and easily. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would definitely recommend her!

I requested a video of the home we were interested in and Laura provided a clear room by room video alone with all the additional info we requested. Laura promptly and efficiently responded to our request. We are buyers from another state and this info was extremely important to us. The sale of our current home in the state of Colorado did not go through so we had to suspend the process. Laura was very gracious and understanding.
