I really enjoyed working with LaTanya. I worked with another agent prior to her, and to be honest the experience was like night and day. We found my home in no time.

I am so grateful to LaTanya Hines for all of the time, work, and energy that she put into finding me a house. I have already recommended her to friends and acquaintances and will continue to recommend her. Her knowledge of red flags to look for, questions to ask, negotiating skills, extensive knowledge of building structures, and overall cheery attitude makes her your ideal realtor! She will work to find you the house that is right for you within your budget and needs.

I choose Latanya due to her knowledge, expertise, professionalism and familiarity of the market. She was able to advise me based on her experience and legitimate dynamics of the sale. I would hire her again.
