Exceeded My Expectations!

Latanya Denson worked with me on a probate property that I anticipated was going to be stressful due to me residing in another State. During this stressful time, Latanya was very patient due to me having many other issues going on at that same time. She made the entire process effortless on my part. I did not have to lift a finger. She kept me in the loop and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Her presentations were very professional and she even took the time to go over the contract line by line to ensure I understood and to allow for questions. Latanya is very passionate about what she does. I would highly recommend Latanya for anyone in the Chicago area that needs an experienced realtor. She is absolutely awesome!
