Lata ji did a phenomenal job helping us buy our new home in the East Bay

Lata ji did a phenomenal job helping us buy our new home in the East Bay. The entire home buying journey with her was very satisfying. She provided us with the expertise and guidance to buy a house in this competitive market. In our first meeting she showed us the neighborhoods around the area. I must say she has an excellent knowledge of the Properties and Schools. As first time home buyers and as someone who hardly knew about the neighborhoods in the East Bay , we couldn't have asked for more. She understood our family needs and was very engaged throughout the process, from searching, bidding to closing the house. She also has a great network and connected us with qualified lenders who got us quick pre-approvals and best rates. I am in awe of her passion and dedication towards her work.Lata ji has now turned into our family and we reach out to her for any advice on minor remodels or contracting work. She is very prompt to respond to our queries. We highly recommend her to people who are looking to buy a new home. She will go above and beyond to buy your perfect house.
