When I think about the process of buying a home in California it can be very overwhelming and scary. By the time I found LaShon I had been through so many Real Estate agents who were trying to get me to be buy more home than I could afford. I would give them one price and they would always up the price 20 to 30 thousand more saying they could not find a house in my price range. Even if I raised it they would still go up more. It took me two years before I found the right price and right agent. Lashon did something no other agent did she listened to me. She listened to my price range and my requirements and stayed within that range and never ever tried to go over. She listened to what I wanted in a home and never tried to get me to settle or buy something different than what I wanted. She didn't take me to look at any home that did not have what I wanted. I appreciated that she really listened and worked hard to get me what I wanted. One other good thing about LaShon is she has experience, and she will tell you the negatives and positives about the house, she never pushes you to just buy any house. What I liked most about LaShon is she is trust worthy, and that is why I trusted her.

Anything my wife and I needed she took care of it. Lashon made the process smooth, and refer us to a good loan officer. She was always available and definitely had our needs in mind when we were looking for a home.
