Working with Larry was fantastic. We used him as our realtor when buying our house in San Ramon 10 years ago. He went out of his way to help us find the right house. We stayed in touch with him over the years and even asked for his advice on refurbishments that would help sell the house. When it came to selling our home he helped us decide how far we should go (if at all) on any remaining upgrades. Since we wanted a fast sale we were willing to put some money into the house in order to sell at a higher price but also to get the demand. All of his advice worked out really well for us. We got above market price coupled with a quick close. What more could you ask for! we have no hesitation in recommending Larry.
