I called Larry Wallenstein as a goof well not really is a goof as a challenge. After having contacted several realtors in South Florida while looking for vacation home without much response I stumbled upon Larry's webpage. It's reported him to be the most responsive agent in South Florida. I emailed him first to see if this was even possible or if it was going to take days and maybe weeks for him to get back to me the way other agents had been. Much to my surprise Larry got back to me within 10 minutes and we planned a trip to visit South Florida to go house hunting. We looked it over hundred condos while looking for a vacation home in South Florida, my fault not Larry's. I kept thinking there was a diamond in the rough out there and I didn't want to miss it. We ended up with the perfect condo right on the water and with Larry's great negotiation skills we were able to get it lower than our budget. This left money over to buy some rental properties. Larry is helped us find three rental properties the newest one will be closing in three weeks. Larry is a true professional. He is courteous and quite frankly the most responsive agent I've ever worked with. What started out as a goof has now been an ongoing working relationship for going on five years now and I expect it to go on many more years in the future. Larry listens to what you have to say it helps you find what you want. He does the research to make sure the properties that you're looking at meet your criteria. Larry truly is the most responsive agent in South Florida I contend that is he may be the most responsive and professional agent in the US.
