The team of Slung & Tompkins work tirelessly to sell real property. In my situation, I listed a middle parcel consisting of 10 acres of vacant land in a somewhat rural community, some 45 minutes from their office. That distance presented no challenge to the team, driving to the land numerous times and walking it. Larry spoke to neighbors and contacted county planning and zoning employees, who were knowledgeable about property development. They met with a prospective buyer and answered his numerous inquiries - so much so that although the buyer had pretty much decided on another tract (as mine was perceived as too large for his purposes) the continual contact and reassurances led the buyer to decide on my parcel. The team kept me informed, revealing pertinent information when required. Because of their industry and loyalty, this was the 5th time I hired them for a property transaction and I have another one pending. They also negotiated a desireable price.

Larry's market experience for the fifth time proved valuable in achieving the highest price for our home. No one in that vicinity of Maitland Avenue ever benefited as much as we did. When the initial offer was rejected and we were concerned, Larry's reassurance and his willingness to retry kept us in the know and sure enough, got us an even better offer. Larry handled the sale of my 92 year old mother's condo when her health and age required her to live with family. We all knew we were closing out the life she'd always known and enjoyed to face unknown, but certainly harder days. So, this was a very emotional time. Larry not only handled all the business end of things smoothly (and there were some challenges!), he also handled the emotional aspect of things with true compassion, patience and understanding.
