Larry has great knowledge of the current market and is very knowledgeable of how to price the home to move in the current market. Larry goes well above and beyond what is needed to help the seller or buyer. He helped us get movers to clear out the home as well as meeting painters etc. as needed. Communication is always great. Larry also has a great team with the lawyer as well as being the title agent and his company ton help make everything smooth for his clients.

Naperville is is turf and I didn't need him to tell me that my location was much desired but he pointed out reasons that it would sell quickly that I hadn't considered. He has an outstanding crew working for him. I totally agreed to their repair, replacement, and update plan. Some property repairs that were more a BOD call slowed things down a bit but Larry stayed on top of them. It sold for very close to this remarkable man's initial call.
