The condo was far away from where I currently live and I was ready to get out of the landlord business all together. So since I bought it years ago with Larry, I just put it in Larry's hands. He took care of everything from soup to nuts. He sold it, was at the closing for me and helped me understand what was happening and what was needed. He helped me close electronically so I didn't even have to be there. Awesome job Larry!!
