Larry is an exceptional realtor for anyone looking to purchase a new home. He takes the time to get to know you and exactly what you’re looking for in a home to assist you better in the whole process. He is very hands on and will answer any questions you have along the way. Over the purchase of our last 2 homes with Larry he probably toured over 30-40 houses with us and weighed out pros and cons of each with us when we were unsure if it could be “the one.” He was our realtor during our first ever purchase of a home and we had such a great experience we went with him when we were ready to buy again. He is extremely patient and has a calming presence in a process that can often be very hectic and stressful. He knows a lot of people in the business and has great connections with other realtors, inspectors and lenders. You really feel like you can trust Larry and “his people” to take care of you. He is great with other realtors too and will do whatever he can to get you the home of your dreams even in a sellers’ market. I truly believe without Larry as our realtor we would not have gotten the 2 homes we’ve purchased with him. In a day and age when everyone has a “friend” who is a realtor we went with someone we knew we could trust and would be with us through the whole process and Larry truly was.
