I have bought and sold 8 homes and have never had a better agent.
Larry is the consummate professional. Very responsive, knowledgeable, practical, positive, and a pleasure to interact with. The bottom line is that he was motivated by what would be best for us, his clients, not by the desire to quickly gain or maximize his commission. He knew what was best for us by genuinely communicating (both listening and informing) with us. This communication coupled with the fact that he possesses excellent market knowledge, negotiation skill, work ethic, and personal ethics resulted in an excellent experience for us. None better.
