I hired Larry as a buyer’s agent to help me with procuring a nice lake house and helping me through the process and negotiating the deal for me. I found Larry to be super responsive, knew what he was doing, and in general everything you could hope for in a professional agent. He knows the lake and values well, he knows the process and helped guide me through getting the deal done rather quickly and knew what to do to overcome all the obstacles that we encountered. I could always count on him to either answer the phone right away or get back to me quickly with both texts and voice calls. We worked together well with the negotiations and I feel I ended up with reasonable concessions from the seller regarding the repairs and the appraisal adjustment. Hire Larry! You will thank me later.
