Kept Our Sale Up To Date
This was the first time we worked with Larry on selling a property (he represented us in purchasing the property as well). Larry not only kept us up to date as the deal progressed, but we relied on him for the several months prior to even putting the house on the market. Whenever we had questions about the market, Larry was on top of the data. At different points during the transaction, when we looked to him for guidance, his advice was advice was exactly what we needed.
