"Your Goals = My Priority!" I am a native of Greenwood, South Carolina. I also proudly served in the Unites States Navy as a Chief Petty Officer for 20 years and now I've transitioned to the real estate business. I'm familiar with the local area and as a veteran, I understand the difficulties that may occur when buying and selling homes. I also understand the process of relocating to a new area all too well. My strengths are marketing, negotiations and overcoming challenges to achieve excellent results. I do my research so that my clients can optimize their time and be assured of their choices. Location, price and selection are always critical factors in meeting a purchaser's goals and a seller's challenges. Larry is the best realtor anyone could imagine working with. His knowledge of the local community and his connections within that community make him a wizard at smoothing the process out for his clients and bringing them the best deal possible. His communication is top notch! Larry is professional, but also seeks out the best for his clients while making their dreams a reality. As first time home buyers, Larry made sure we were informed and that all facets of the process were explained in a crystal clear manner. True professional!
