Larry is extremely knowledgeable about the community in which I was interested. He is warm and understanding while still being a true professional in the real estate field. Larry looked after me throughout the process, managed the repairs that needed to be completed on the home, and represented me at the closing. It was wonderful having this true gentleman take care of everything associated with the purchase, as I was stuck in Canada, unable to cross the border due to the Corona virus.
