First let me say I rarely do reviews, but I’ve known Larry about 14yrs; most would say I’m being bias because of our long rapport. However our rapport was many years (About 12yr) of just looking before we actually pinned a deal. So I’d have to add he’s very patient and commuted to you as well. Once we entered into our first contractual agreement it hasn’t stopped since. First he sold our home in Santa Monica, then a purchase in Riverside, we gave him a referral (which closed in a couple months successfully) and now we are embarking on a commercial deal soon. My point being you couldn’t get a better agent/broker that’s so driven to serviceability and excellence as well as attention to detail. Would I recommend him... what do you think lol. Larry is very knowledgeable and explained the process from start to finish in a very clear and understandable way. He was able to work successfully within our limitations (young children and not wanting to do open houses). When we received offers Larry had our best interest first and foremost, and in the end we were able to get what we wanted with terms that worked for both parties.
