Value added knowledge of construction, handicap accessibility, financial negotiations
Since I am a physical therapist, I was very precise about wanting a handicap accessible home to eventually age in and Larry became very well versed in identifying the critical components. No other real estate agent will have had the education I gave him. He is very well versed in construction and his value added knowledge helped determine what adaptations would be economically feasible, or not. He never wastes your time and carefully screened potential properties with on-site visits before ever showing them to me on-line. When I eventually found our perfect home, Larry really displayed his decades of experience from start to finish. From the psychology of initial offers , counter offers, inclusions, exclusions to being firm with negotiations, Larry was absolutely in control of the financial situation to our benefit. His judgement was always accurate and he earned our trust. After the professional inspection, he immediately arranged for repairman quotes to determine how to further negotiate the contract. The level of personal service to complete all the required paperwork e.g. driving me to sign legal documents was above and beyond the call of duty! After the sale, he followed up to be sure all small repairs were completed. He made sure we were fully satisfied in every way. It took a long time for me to find our perfect home- a handicap accessible home that does not look that it is with low rise front entry stairs, an elegant entry and > 9 foot ceilings, in a nice, safe neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. If I were ever in the market to buy real estate again, I would never even consider any other agent except Larry!
