Larry (and Mara) are a great team! I have had the pleasure of Larry's excellent guidance for the purchase, and years later, the sale of a home. He has a wealth of experience and, in my case helped me through out the process from a long distance arrangement. Larry took care of the deal from start to finish and was always available no matter what. Larry found ways to help the deal along even when there were some issues working with the USDA loan details. He was able to provide 3 party contractors who helped us get the things needed fixed quickly. Even though it was a difficult process, Larry made every effort to keep things going, even when it seemed that it might not work. He stuck it out and in the end everything worked out and things went smooth.
