Larry Klecker

We were completely impressed with Larry and his team on each step of the process of selling our home! Keep in mind, I knew we could sell our house on our own, and were thinking about doing that, but when we started talking to Larry (through a friend referral), we were so impressed with his strategy and the process that we took the risk. I am a very picky and critical evaluator so it takes a lot for me to write a review and give such a high rating. Larry is an educator, marketer and strategist and works with a high level of integrity. He listened to our wants yet also advised us. There were so many times I was tempted to change something about the process or the price and in the end Larry was right. We trusted him and were able to get top dollar for our home which was significantly over asking price! His response time was very quick and he never made us feel like a bother (although we called probably way too many times!) For anyone who is not sure a realtor is worth their commission, I would recommend you at least call Larry. He won't pressure you into a contract and will work with you.

Larry is great to work with. He works hard to find you a home and when you do find one, he makes sure that the process goes smooth and fast. Nice part about having Larry as a realtor is that when you buy or sell a home with Larry, he lets you use his moving truck! Highly recommend.

Larry was very accommodating for us, especially since we were living four hours away while trying to find a home. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell under any situation though!
