Our experience with Larry was exceptional, we had spoken with Larry the year before we came down to Florida and as a favor to our agent in New Hampshire we meet with his agent in Florida. We saw 11 or 12 houses from 10:00am to 6:00pm, we were extremely tired and saw nothing we liked, two days later we meet with Larry who know what were looking for and the area we liked.
