Thanks to Larry, we were able to complete a short sale purchase in just 4 months! We began our search several months before when we were introduced to Larry by a friend in the area. Larry spend several hours that day showing several properties and again a few months later when told about a property coming on the market the next day that was a short sale. The process was complicated and arduous. There were a number of times Larry's rapid turn around of a lender's request enabled the process to continue to move forward at a rapid clip.
