Great understanding of market conditions
During the pandemic when things shut down, it was challenging to sell my condo. Larry put up video for possible buyers to view remotely. He also understood the local market, with a historic low ratio of properties available. His knowledge encouraged me to be patient, and it resulted in selling at the full asking price rather than lowering it. I highly recommend Larry.
