We highly recommend Larry as a realtor in the Sarasota area! We've moved 8 times in the past 12 years and Larry's the best agent we've had. He's very patient; we looked at over 30 houses in 6 months, some multiple times, and we walked away from a couple after inspections. I cannot praise Larry Brzostek enough. We both knew that selling my condo would not be an easy sell (but he was experienced in selling on this site), he also found just the ideal people to buy it, and closed the deal in any stated deadlines. Also he pointed me in the direction of me getting an exemption from Withholding Tax. I felt in safe hands.
