We decided to move back to Florida for our retirement years. We had an area in mind and by total chance met Larry Brzostek to help us through the finding process. Larry's been around for a while, so he really knows the area. While any realtor can be highly attentive, available when you need them, return calls and texts etc. (and Larry was), experience with such responses is another thing entirely. Larry helped me save money by suggesting what inspections to get once we finally did find the house. I think he has contacts in every trade group possible. He was there through the close and beyond and made completely sure we were 100% satisfied with our purchase. So, would I recommend Larry to anyone buying or selling a home? You bet 100 times over.
