Let me start by saying I had her contact pinned in my iPhone and I asked endless questions all times of day and she always responded right away ! Super responsive and always in detail. From day 1 she saved me. I missed putting in an offer on another house because of a slow lender while I was away at a conference which led me to Larressa. I sent her the second property I was interested in and she got me with a lender that had me pre approved in by happy hour and had a walkthrough setup for the next afternoon after I flew back. We put in an offer right after and I really appreciated her explaining how the entire process would go beforehand. Every paperwork signing, every dollar spent She was there to explain. Also I’m a really busy consultant so I loved how she really took charge of scheduling everything needed during due diligence and we just had to show up. The process went so smooth we were honestly able to push the closing date up but stuck with the original date. Long story short I plan to have her for all of my properties. After how smooth this went I’m actually excited for when we’re ready for our vacation home.
