Words cannot express how grateful we are for the amazing job Larissa Ortiz did selling our home. Not only did she sell it in one day, but she also sold it for more than the asking price. I think the key was the time and effort she put into preparing for the sale. The pictures were highly professional. throughout the entire process Larissa kept us informed and was there for us. she immediately returned all calls or came to the house. She was an enormous help to me when my husband had to go into the hospital during the process of selling. We found out that Larissa has a special place in her heart for veterans. We were impressed with her work on behalf of all veterans. Larissa made a very stressful time seem easy. I can't thank her enough.
